kinda disappointed wit this hotel

the location were pretty good, really. it's near a lot of places.
the rooms are small, like small. i booked a room thinking it would be big enough, but it was like a shoebox. i reminded me of i couldn't even move around without bumping into something.

the staff guided us well after our driver missed the location. the room was pretty and cozy. the hotel's location was convenient for tourists.
i noticed the hotel lacks an airport shuttle. it would have simplified my arrival.

the room included a comfortable bed. i had a good view of the inner courtyard from the 5th floor. the walls seemed a bit thin, so i could hear neighbors sometimes.

the hotel is next to the tramway. i could easily reach hagia sophia and topikapi palace. the blue mosque was also close by. the sirkeci station allows metro access to the asian side.

the staff provided really good assistance and warmth. any request i made was addressed quickly. batu, the front desk manager, was helpful with our queries. i found them friendly.
